The rooms and amenities are all modern and updated but the history can still be felt flowing through the house. The downtown core is a short walk, which was perfect for me. Afterwards, the bed was super comfy, for a great night’s rest!”

As you drive up to the Cavana House Bed & Breakfast, your heart is instantly happy…then I stepped inside! My host, Ange McKenzie, greeted me and I instantly felt that this was going to be a lovely experience. The atmosphere and classic decor invites you in to ‘stay awhile’. The history of the Cavana House is all around. Each room is just so lovely, and so well appointed with the very best of linens. I was so pleased to see that the bathrooms were all new, and just so beautiful. I look forward to future stays at this 5 star Bed & Breakfast.

Cavana House is a beautiful home inside and out. Ange and Jules have done an incredible job preserving the history of the home while incorporating modern finishes into the suites. Amazing owners, amazing home and amazing service. Definitely going back again.

Cavana House is chic and extremely comfortable stay. Private bathrooms and spacious showers. Built in noise machine gave me a luxurious rest, which was must needed. Large vanities with excellent lighting helped me look and feel my best during my stay. The beautiful decor nourished my inner princess. I had plenty of room for my belongings and then some to store all my goodies from shopping around Orillia and Barrie. Smart Tv and excellent wifi was a bonus. 10/10 would highly recommend.
