Reservation Policies
Check in & Check out
* Check in time is at 4pm or by prior arrangements.
* Check out time is 11am. Late check-out is by prior arrangement.
Cancellations
* Cancellations greatly affect our business. Guests can cancel free of charge more than 14 days in advance of arrival date without penalty. If you cancel 14 days or less, 100% of the first night will be charged (for each room cancelled).
Damage
* The Cavana House reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred.
Smoking & Vaping
* We are a non-smoking property.
* Should it be determined that smoking or vaping has taken place in a guest room then a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets
* We cannot accept pets.

* We are an adults only facility.
